The job duties for this position are associated with custom component and systems design for current products on specific vehicle and include:

• Focusing on development of body work system (vehicle layout, cabin, bonnet ……)
• Assist advanced engineer to complete the formulation of vehicle parameters and design of system.
• Assist the Advanced engineer to complete validation of components on vehicle(field test and lab test)
• Collaboration between several internal cross functional teams.
• Communication with suppliers and customs on product selection and integration
• Use of Creo 3.0 to support 3-D modeling of components
• Creation and support of 2D drawings and specification document
• Work with manufacturing, testing department and suppliers to develop efficient and cost effective designs.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in body work design or vehicle integrations design.
• Master or bachelor degree in mechanical design major.
• Have good knowledge on vehicle ergonomic design and configuration condition.
• Familiar with tractor design standard and technical requirement.
• Good communication both written and verbal in English.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet the deadlines and commitments.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Desired Attributes

1. Experience in 3-D Modeling Software; Creo 4.0 (Pro/Engineer) experience (Proficient).

2. Previous experience with Matrix / Enovia (desiderable).

3. Design experience or exposure to agricultural tractors or off-road mobile equipment.

4. Desire to work in an engineering environment focusing on robust & cost effective designs.

5. The ability to create CAD models, large virtual assemblies and detailed drawings for vehicle components / systems using surface techniques within Creo"
