目标/基本职能
Objective/ Primary Function
1. 负责爱育苑日托中心0-3 岁儿童的日常看护、教授，引导和记录；
Be responsible for daily care, teaching, guidance and recording for 0-3 years children in EDUCA HOME centre
职责描述
Responsibilities
1. 负责基于爱育苑的教案基础上制定完善的双语教学计划；
To draft the comprehensive bilingual teaching plans base on the EDUCA HOME education program;
2. 负责日托中心0-3 岁儿童的日常看护、教授和引导和记录；
Be responsible for daily care, teaching, guidance and recording for 0-3 years kids in the centre;
3. 和外籍主讲师合作组织教学活动，包括策划、主持及执行等；
To cooperate with foreign lead teacher to organize the teaching activities, including planning, holding and
implementation;
4. 与外籍教学主任定期沟通，包括教学满意度、家长的反馈等，配合相关工作；
To communicate with foreign academic leader in center, including the teaching satisfaction, parents/clients
feedback etc., cooperate with relevant work;
5. 定期参加专业培训, 维护品牌形象；
To attend the related teaching training regularly, maintain the company branding;
6. 完成上级指定的其他工作。

Finish the work assigned by supervisor.

职位要求Position Requirement
外语要求:英语流利

Foreign Language：Fluent in both spoken and written English.
工作经验
Working Experience
5 年以上教育领域相关工作经验，熟悉Pikler, Reggio Emilia and Montessori 0-3 教学经验者优先；
5 years related experience in education filed with Pikler, Reggio Emilia and Montessori 0-3 experience
preferred;
教育背景：本科以上学历, 学前教育和英语教育专业优先考虑
Education：Bachelor Degree or equivalent with major in preschool education & English education preferred
专业知识 Professional Knowledge
1. 热爱教育行业并且具有较强的抗压能力和执行力；
To devote the education industry and have a strong ability of pressure resistance & implement;
2. 具有教师资格证
Have teacher qualification certificate
3. 计算机技能：熟悉微软办公软件。
Computer Skills： Familiar with Microsoft software, Excel, PowerPoint & Mac.
