岗位职责

Responsibilities

1.良好的沟通技巧和工作清晰思路，提供专业的商业地产咨询服务

Good communication and organizational skills to provide a professional tailor made consulting services

2.开发潜在租户沟通，提供办公室中介服务

Business Development Capability to find potential tenants and offering office agency services.

3.为客户匹配房源并制定完善的看房计划，确保房源符合客户需求并且为带看工作做准备

Matching the request and making suitable site inspection plan for the clients, ensure that the requirement is in accordance with tenants wishes and prepare the next steps in order to deliver the premises

4.与客户、房东进行双向谈判，促成办公楼租赁合同签订，提供后续增值服务，等等

Engage in negotiations with tenants and landlords, contributed in signing the contract and providing value-added services, etc.

任职要求

Requirements

1.年龄22岁-35岁之间，英语专业本科或以上学历，要求英语专业8级，法语/德语/西班牙/阿拉伯语/或其它小语种专业同时持有英语6级或相关同等证书者，优先考虑。

Age between 22 to 35 years old, holding a bachelor’s degree passed TEM-8 or relative similar English Certificate, majoring in French/German/Spanish/Arabian or other languages, but passed CET-6 or relevant English Certificate are preferred.

2.英文听说读写流利,能与外籍客户电话及面对面交流及书面英语能力，了解中西方文化，商务差异。

Fluent in English listening, speaking, capable of reading and writing, in order to communicate with foreign clients without difficulty. A good understanding of culture and business protocol.

3.具备良好的沟通表达能力，理解客户需求

Having good communication ability, and fully understanding the client’s needs.

4.良好人际交往技巧，工作积极主动，乐观开朗。能承受销售业绩压力的挑战，并有工作责任心

Interpersonal, proactive, optimistic, and willing to work under pressure and responsible.

5.敏锐的洞察力，较强的抗压能力；勇于接受房产行业的压力和挑战

The keen insight, strong compressive capacity; Have the courage to accept the housing industry of pressure and challenges.

6.外企公司或海外留学经历优先考虑。 Working experience in foreign company or study abroad is a plus.
