Job Description
Main Tasks:
• Reporting to the Bid Manager, the Bid Writer is responsible for the preparation of and commercial response to bids and proposals. The Bid Writer will continuously improve the company's bid process, responding quickly and accurately to complex PQQ, ITT, RFI, RFP requests from customers. The Bid Writer will work closely with the sales teams, ensure proposals are submitted on time, accurately and meet key pricing, revenue and profit margin metrics and goals.


Skills and responsibilities:
• Candidates are required to possess a University Degree in business administration, marketing, finance, economics or related area.
• Must have a minimum of 2 year of experience writing proposals.
• Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project and preferably experience of the sales cycles within the public sector.
• Native English speaker, fluency in any other language a distinct advantage.
