The Job:
As Bid Manager for the Enterprise & Public Sector Sales Team in Denmark, you
will be a key contributor in ensuring future growth and profitability, by
enhancing our customer pricing strategy and quotation planning. You will
report directly to the Regional Director for EPS in Nordics, but will interact
closely with both local sales teams, product-teams, EMEA support-functions and
pricing-support (based in UK).
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Act as a pricing Bid Manager for EPS-sales reps, ensuring best pricing
strategy is always applied
• Support initiatives and ideas to improve profitability on existing contracts
• Lead best practice-sharing on pricing tactics for all reps
• Develop relevant GP-recovery tools to be used during transition and product-
introductions
• Drive and own the RFP-process for selected complex (MEGA) deals.
• Maintain ongoing roadmap for strategic / investment-deals to:
o ensure good and timely execution of pricing-request and approvals
o prepare P/L to capture potential investments
• Build relevant OEM-relationship to maximize funding and deal-support (Intel,
AMD, Google, MS, etc).
• Work closely with other Nordic Bid Managers to share knowledge and tasks to
maximize for all countries
• Do different ad-hoc reports and analysis on customer-profitability, P/L
impacts, etc.
Primary KPIs:
• Achieve CPS as agreed in target-letter (DK measurement).
• Achieve WP and budget profit-level (BMC$) for Denmark
• RFP-tracker updated bi-weekly 1-2 years ahead
• Own selected RFP-processes end-to-end (with Sales rep)
• Develop and communicate creative sales-tools at least once per Q.
• Build and develop white-space analysis for all rep territories (quarterly)
• Ensure all our profit-pools are well positioned in our offerings (KPIs:
Services and S&P pen rates achieved, Smart Hub GP% achieved)

Position Requirements:
• Solid understanding of the IT industry in general (brands, sectors, eco-
systems …).
• Specific experience within the Public Sector and Commercial markets will be
highly appreciated.
• Systematic, persistent and efficient when managing both time and accounts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English
