Position Description:
In this position you will be responsible for driving the Data Centre Marketing
activities for Lenovo Data Centre Group in the Benelux and Nordics (Denmark,
Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Baltics).

You will own the Benelux and Nordics Data Centre Marketing plans integrating
Lenovo global strategy into the local marketing requirements. Your role will
focus on managing the Brand and Communication marketing activities in the
countries to introduce Lenovo Data Centre Solutions to end customers and to
and through Lenovo Channel partners.

You report direct line to the Data Centre Marketing EMEA Leader and dotted
line to the Data Centre Regional Business Leader. You will interact with the
sales team addressing end customers (Global, Enterprise & public sector and
mid market) as well as channel sales teams to define the local programs needed
to develop the Lenovo brand but, of course, you will have the support from the
EMEA marketing organization.

You will have responsibility to:

• Develop Digital and Social media activities aimed to reinforce Lenovo brand
in the Date Centre market.
• Support communication and PR programs, in the traditional and digital space.
• Set up and coordinate event programs (both Channel and End-User oriented)
• Develop relationships with our strategic Alliances Partners at local level
and develop joint marketing programs
• Support EMEA organization in the execution of pan-EMEA activities – events,
study tours, case studies, references
• Provide clear feedback to EMEA marketing team on key programmes,
initiatives, share best-practise, ideas and priorities.
• Own the marketing budget for the region and ensure due diligence in meeting
deadlines, updating budget management systems and ensure joint planning with
alliance partners, as well as ensuring that budgets are kept.

Position Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Marketing manager in B2B sector within the IT
industry
• Regional knowledge (Benelux and/or Nordics) of the IT market, Channel and
Enterprise customer environment.
• Fluency in Danish or Swedish + English
• Keeping up with the latest news & trends in the Enterprise tech industry

Abilities & Skills
• Highly motivated, results-driven, who has strong leadership and business
fundamentals with high degree of creative flair
• Must be very structured and detail oriented to drive multiple projects at
once
• Ability to analyse, net out and present results at senior level, aligned to
business objectives
• Experience in creating and implementing strategies, plans and campaigns to
improve Brand awareness and consideration, or Brand reputation.
