PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Managing design projects for local and international business unit beauty customers as well as for internal standard portfolio products

• Concept and design development according to customer and sales specifications

• Iterative design of models and 3d printed mockups to validate concepts

• Detailed realization of concepts in CAD

• Digital rendering of design proposals for rapid visualization

• Market monitoring and identification of design trends together with sales
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding environmental protection, fire prevention as well as occupational health and safety.

• Ensure reporting to the manager or ESH responsible person of ESH deficiencies and hazards (affecting working materials and funds as well as the working environment) which cannot be self-rectified.

• SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES 次要职责

• Support head office in Germany with development of design concepts

• Support other business units worldwide with design proposals

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求

Related work experience相关工作经验

• Required: first work experience as product designer ideally in beauty or FMCG business

• Desired: 3 years work experience as product designer in beauty industry

• Experience in European enterprises or international experience

• Passion for Beauty First reference projects successfully realized

  
  

  Formal education or equivalent教育背景

• Degree as product designer or industrial designer

  
  

  Skills技能

• Design software: profound knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and design software (Corel Draw / Adobe Photoshop or similar industry standard design software)

• IT skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and basic SAP experience

• Special skills: Basic knowledge of design rules for molded parts, experience with reading technical drawings

• Language skills: Good oral and written English skills is a basic requirement (technical English)

• Soft skills: Team compatibility, communication and coordination skills
