Job Description:
1. Responsible for basketball training and teaching for students aged 6-18 on the academy, and can make standard demonstration moves
2. According to the teaching plan and curriculum from the headquarters, provide basketball skills teaching and professional physical training to students;
3. Increase students' interest, enhance their professional skills, and improve their physical fitness;
4. Establish effective communication with students, and improve their satisfaction.
5. Obey the company's schedule, attend classes on time, and participate in the company's normal training.
What we offer:
1.Base salary:$2,200 USD net per month
2.Monthly Bonus：
1）Player number bonus: $0.25 USD net per player on the court with every 90mins training session; $0.375 USD net per player on the court with every 135 mins training session.
2）Signing up bonus: $2.50 USD net per player that signs up for academy classes. The students who renew for the next semester will also be considered as new sign ups.
3.Yearly Bonus：300USD per month
4.$50 per month per coach for the gas, water and electricity

Requirements:
1. Have an university degree certificate(4 yrs studying)
2. Issue a certificate of no criminal record
3. University graduated for 2 years or more
4. Nationality is American
5.Like children, love basketball
6. No drug use (including marijuana)
7. Excellent personal basketball skills
8. Have coaching and playing experiences
