任职要求

• 熟知酒品类别、品牌、酒具知识及标准酒类饮品配方； 熟练的调酒技法和优秀的搭配、酒品呈现技能；
• 3-5年相关工作岗位经验；调酒师团队管理经验；
• 能接受灵活的工作时间，可接受早、中、晚班和周末及节假日工作安排；
• 优秀的人际交流与沟通能力；
• 出色的团队辅导与培训技能；
• 优秀的顾客服务及问题解决能力;

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Starbucks brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Sets goals for the work group, Oversees day-to-day operations, and ensures bartender teams are meeting or exceeding expectations to drive results.
• Analyzes partner behaviors, applies training/teaching/coaching techniques appropriately to build partner capabilities and effective teams.
• Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
• Constantly monitors operations and drives sales while managing all costs to budget, ensures partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Sound understanding of classes of alcohol, brand names, different glasses and standard drink recipes; excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• 3-5 years’ experience working in hotel bars or in the similar position, working experience as a bartender leader.
• Available to work flexible hours, which could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Excellent team coaching and training skills.
• Excellent guest service and problem solving skills.
