箱包设师Backpack designer

主要工作职责

1. 设计以双肩背包、电脑包、休闲包、手提包、箱包类为主；

2. 根据读市场需求和客户要求展开产品图稿设计工作，开发新产品，并对其进行控制和执行

3. 挖掘时尚信息、流行元素，收集适合品牌的配饰图样、款式等；

4. 跟踪样板制作，并对选料、用料、配色及物料搭配进行确认

5. 经常走访了解市场潮流，掌握产品市场变化动态，进行产品概念创意设计，并作具体的产品设计标准图纸；

Major job responsibilities

1. mainly design for backpacks, computer bags, casual bags, handbags, luggage;

2. Explore new products and make artwork according to the market demand and customer requirements, control and execute them.

3. Know well about fashion information, popular elements, collect relevant patterns and styles for the design.

4. Track sample production, and confirm the selection of materials, materials, color matching and material matching.

5. Frequent visits markets and well understand the market trend, master the dynamics of product market changes, carry out product concept creative design, and make specific drawings;

任职要求：

1. 有背包、箱包、手袋类设计经验3-5年

2. 创新意识强，有时尚美感判断力，有一定艺术修养，对时尚手袋行业有独到的见解；

3. 精通AI、coreldraw、photoshop等绘图软件，并且具备一定手绘表达能力；

4. 熟悉国内外知名品牌风格与趋势，能够准确把握市场需求与流行趋势，对色彩及面料流行有准确的判断力；

5. 能独立负责产品款式的开发和改进；对工艺、版型、面辅料属性有了解，动手能力强，可独立开发样包；

6. 具有良好人际沟通及语言、文字表达能力，态度积极、责任心强，进取心强，有良好的团队合作意识。

7. 可用英文进行是日常沟通者优先

Requirements

1. 3-5 years experience in design of backpack, luggage and handbags

2. Strong sense of innovation, fashion aesthetics, unique insights into the fashion bag industry;

3. Proficient in AI, coreldraw, photoshop and other drawing software, and has a certain hand-painting ability;

4. Familiar with the styles and trends of well-known brands at home and abroad, able to accurately grasp market demand and fashion trends, and have accurate judgment on color and fabric popularity;

5. can independently explore and improve product styles; have an understanding of the technical process, type, and accessories, and have strong hand work ability, and can independently develop samples

6. Good spoken English is a plus.
