Job Scope:

1. Responsible for OSAT planning and Delivery performance to meet customer demand and company target

2. Manage planning team on day to day OSAT operation and supply chain healthy to meet weekly or monthly output requirement as well as cycle time target

3. Develop and set up outsourcing planning system on forecast/response, data management as well as inventory control and material management

4. Manage on site planning team closely monitoring WIP status and lot movement, responsible on quick response on plan change to support customer needs

5. Responsible for OSAT capacity forecast as well as tooling, Kits forecast to meet product mix requirement.

6. Support sample build and engineering build forecast and execute in OSAT..

7. Local support in taking the lead to facilitate the communication and co-ordination on cross functionally issue and business

8. Strong sense of urgency to take immediate recovery actions and follow-ups

Responsibility:

1. Lead planning team monitor material on time delivery and cycle time, OPD performance.

2. Work with corporate planning and Sales/Marketing team develop cycle by cycle plan forecast, drive OSAT capacity to meet demand forecast both short term and long term period.

3. Monitor and management material, WIP and finish good inventory. Maintain planning data system and data integrity.

4. Manage unit scrap process in OSAT and keep material in safe condition.

5. Closely work with engineering, quality and commercial team on supply performance management as well as QBR scoring and supply audit.

6. Manage NPI planning activities to support NPI and engineering requirement

7. Drive continues improvement on supply chain stability

8. Manage people performance and develop people capability

Qualification requirement:

1. Minimum 15 years working experience in Manufacture industry with planning, material management or project management background.

2. experience on semiconductor assembly and test business will be preferred

3. Analytical, process oriented and strong problem solving skills.

4. Rich experience on supplier management and outsourcing management skill

5. Excellent communication skill and interaction with people.

6. 8+ years people management skill, good at on performance management, result orientation

7. English & Mandarin proficiency
