Job Scope:

1. Overall manage OSAT assembly/ test / module engineering performance to meet Mass production requirement

2. Develop and set up engineering system and process to support NPI build in OSAT and ramp up new products and technology to mass production

3. Manage production line excursion and drive OSAT continues improvement on process, equipment performance

4. Manage BOM, AVL for different product and driving engineering breakthrough on cost, capacity and quality improvement.

5. Local support in taking the lead to facilitate the communication and co-ordination on cross functionally issue and business

6. Strong sense of urgency to take immediate recovery actions and follow-ups

Responsibility:

1. Lead engineering team monitor yield, equipment performance as well as production health

2. Early involvement with NPI and package development team for new process and product build in OSAT and take over the new process to ramp up

3. Proliferate qualified product and technology from site to site in OSAT

4. Manage line excursion and drive structure problem solving for line issue

5. Manage change control in production line

6. Drive continues improvement project on yield, cost

7. People management on people performance and building engineering capability

Qualification requirement:

1. Minimum 15 years working experience on assembly and test engineering management.

2. Experience on memory assembly process and test solution specially experienced on high die stacking technology will be preferred

3. Analytical, process oriented and strong problem solving skills.

4. Rich experience on supplier management and outsourcing management skill

5. Excellent communication skill and interaction with people.

6. 8+ years people management skill, good at on performance management, result orientation

7. English & Mandarin proficiency
