Job Scope:

1. Overall manage outsourcing commercial business

2. Develop and set up process and system with outsourcing partners on service agreement and capacity booking.

3. Develop and maintain partnership with OSAT to meet new product, new package as well as new capacity requirement

4. Manage and negotiate service prices and set up sustainable process on continues cost reduction.

5. Lead to facilitate the communication and co-ordination on cross functionally issue and business

6. Strong sense of urgency to take immediate recovery actions and follow-ups

Responsibility:

1. Lead commodity team monitor outsourcing service cost performance, define opportunity and plan to driving cost improvement

2. Closely work with all internal partners to understand outsourcing requirement, provide outsourcing solution (supplier) as well as provide cost of goods and service

3. Define cost measurement indicator and provide analysis and define cost roadmap to meet company goal

4. Development long term strategic partnership plan for outsourcing business as well as maintain close communication with OSAT on business support needs

5. Manage people performance and building people capability

Qualification requirement:

1. Minimum 15 years working experience on semiconductor industry and at least 5 + years’ experience on supply chain management or commodity /account management.

2. Experienced on assembly and test engineering or planning or outsourcing business will be preferred

3. Familiar with assembly and test outsourcing model, familiar with assembly /test/module OSAT business.

4. Rich experience on supplier management and outsourcing management skill

5. Excellent communication skill and interaction with people.

6. English & Mandarin proficiency
