Job Scope:

1. Overall manage OSAT assembly/ test / module line quality control performance to meet Mass production requirement and quality requirement

2. Develop and set up quality control process in OSAT for material, product, process and tools

3. Manage production line quality issue as well as customer quality feedback.

4. Monitor quality indicator and driving quality improvement project as well as line Audit process.

5. Local support in taking the lead to facilitate the communication and co-ordination on cross functionally issue and business

6. Strong sense of urgency to take immediate recovery actions and follow-ups

Responsibility:

1. Lead quality control engineers set up OSAT quality target and monitor OSAT quality system execution as well as prevention system implementation.

2. Work with Cooperate QRA team push through quality requirement and system implementation in OSAT factory.

3. Conduct quality audit and drive corrective actions as well as quality improvement projects

4. Coordinate with Internal quality team drive customer issue investigation and feedback in OSAT

5. People management on people performance and building engineering capability

Qualification requirement:

1. Minimum 12 years working experience on quality assurance or quality control in Manufacture industry. Semiconductor assembly and test engineering or operation experience will be preferred.

2. Experienced on supply quality management, quality audit as familiar with quality system and ISO system.

3. Experienced on setting quality goal and SPC control methodology. Good Analytical, process oriented and strong problem solving skills.

4. Experienced on audit process and skills as well as quality control process development

5. Excellent communication skill and interaction with people.

6. 5+ years people management skill, good at on performance management, result orientation

7. English & Mandarin proficiency
