Position Summary:
This position will 1) to provide indirect material &MRO sourcing and purchasing work;2) to follow company purchasing policy to manage indirect spend properly; 3) to achieve cost saving goal.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Interact with various internal customers including production, equipment, quality, logistics, EHS and other functional department to offer purchasing service.

2. Work with users closely to identify and finalize goods spec, service scope and requirement

3. Request for quotation with best competitive price and payment terms upon internal customers’ requirements.

4. Executing purchasing order/agreement with suppliers based on internal customer’s PR request.

5. Set up and manage the supplier's database

6. Follow purchasing/sourcing process & procedure strictly

7. Regular review payment term of existing supplier base & annual contracts.

8. Supporting purchasing requirements from the Headquarters and other oversea factories.

9. Other tasks assigned by manager.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. 3+ yrs of experience in indirect materials/services purchasing, if the relevant experience in MNC is plus.

3. Familiar with machines, spare parts / MRO /services items sourcing and procurement.

4. Have a comprehensive knowledge of purchasing and a basic understanding of supply chain management functions.

5. Have a good command of negotiation, cost analysis and problem-solving skills

6. Ability to effectively communicate and influence others

7. Good command of both written and spoken English

8. Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with SAP systems

9. Customer-oriented

10. A quick learner and a team player

11. Be open-minded and able to work independently

12.Proficient in SAP system
