88JOBS Group (88JOBS.com) is a newly founded international HR start-up with operations based out of our French office. Our mission is to provide the highest quality HR and recruitment services at the lowest possible prices, while having as much fun as possible doing it.
This newly created position will report directly to the CEO. As the China Country Manager, you will be responsible for developing the China sales, marketing, and business strategies as we scale. You will act as the cornerstone to our China expansion, so we are looking for the right person to spread our company culture and our brand to the China.

• Developing a comprehensive understanding of 88JOBS’s products, purpose, and vision;
• Collaborating with our French office to define and map out the China market entry strategy, including developing the following: Business Development Plan, Marketing Plan, Operations Plan, Team Plan, Administration Plan;
• Developing and communicating a clear sales and marketing strategies and ensuring that the China and French teams are aligned to the tactics and objectives required for its success;
• Building and cultivating the culture of a high performing China team by hiring and managing staff;
• Working with the French office to set and monitor objectives and KPIs for the China team;
• Managing operations, developing business, and increasing profitability for 88JOBS Group China;
• Monitoring the China budget and producing monthly and quarterly business performance reports;
• Fostering strategic partnerships;
• Streamlining communication with the French office;
• Scaling the business across China to meet company wide growth strategies

La base horaire de travail est de 35h.

The China Country Manager position is for someone who enjoys a team building role and the challenge of growing a business. This job requires knowledge of business development as well as marketing. We are looking for someone with a proven track record demonstrating exceptional business acumen.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Development mainly in Asia
• Fluent Mandarin and, English or French Speaker (reading, writing, speaking)
• Experience and strong understanding of Business Development in China - A experience in the HR market is a plus
• Understanding and experience of Chinese social media
• Knowledge of foreign brand market entry into China is a plus
