Qualification & Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in BSE/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering with certificate in Building Information Modelling (BIM).
• Min 8 years of solid experience in CSD coordination with minimum 3 years BIM coordinating experience.
• Proven practical site experience of BIM applications in managing design and construction of multi-disciplinary project.
• Good knowledge and well versed in the application and usage of AutoCAD & BIM platforms and 3D modeling software such as Revit and Navisworks.
• Good commands of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Well-organised, work independent, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• One-year contract basis.

Job duties:

Responsible for coordination of combined services drawings (CSD) and combined builder's works drawings (CBWD) in AutoCAD & BIM, follow up and update CSD/CBWD schedule, report crash and conflict in BIM presentation, capable for work and resolve problems independently, etc.
