Project execution and management
1. Lead the execution of assigned project and after sales service. Plan, control, monitor and coordinate the complete progress of new project.
2. To guarantee the project solution is right according to URS and be finished on time according to the customer schedule.
3. Engineering and design, create BOM, guide on-site installation, commissioning.
3. Serve as primary owner of client communication for assigned project. Communicate window between customer and internal. Achieve customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor and report the project progress and results to Senior Management.
5. Reconcile budgets and lead assigned project debriefs, track budget costs throughout the course of project.
6. Control on-site installation quality and report product issues timely.
7 Coordination with other departments during project execution, such as purchase and sales team.
8. Assist sales engineers and marketing development managers with pre-sale support.
9. Other task assigned by management.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor majoring in computer science or automation.
2. At least 5 years project engineering experience. Familiarity with iFix or WinCC is strongly preferred.
3. At lease 3 years project management experience and well-understand project management.
4. Master project management methodology (eg. PMI) and tools (eg. Microsoft Project)
5. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. Capable of dealing with technical discussion with customers.
6. Good English communications in both oral and written.
7. High energy, team player and capability of working under pressure.
8. Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented.
9. Willingness to travel (including potential evening, weekend and holiday work)

Must to have
? At least 5 years project engineering experience.
? Well-understand project management.

Nice to have
? PMP Certification
