Responsibilities: 

• Creating and maintaining BIM models and producing 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D, & 6D deliverables at all project stages
• Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models of Building / E&M disciplines
• Create simple library to suit for the project use

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Architectural Studies / Building Studies / Building Services Engineering / Construction Engineering or related discipline;
• Associate member of HKIBIM is preferred
• Candidate with 5* in HKCEE Maths, 3D and computer skills will be considered;
• Minimum 2 years practical experience in BIM modeling for building projects;
• Skillful in BIM authoring software for the input and output of information (such as Revit, Sketchup and AutoCAD, etc.)
