• Degree or above in Building / Construction /Building Services or related discipline
• 3 - 5 years’ experience of BIM modelling in Revit for Architecture / Structure / Building Services
• Familiar with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks is a must
• Apply BIM in design and construction coordination works
• Responsible for BIM production, modification & implementation
• Conduct clash analysis and create 4D construction sequence simulation animation
• Maintain BIM standard templates and object families library
• Develop BIM workflow and assist in BIM training for internal staff
• Good interpersonal & communication skills and able to work independently
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese

Candidates with BIM Management / Professional membership and more experience will be considered as Senior BIM Engineer
