Key Responsibilities

• Work independently on HVAC design using Bentley Building Mechanical System (BBMS)
• Develop HVAC design drawings base on 2D extracts from BBMS
• Work with designers in other disciplines to coordinate overall design and technical requirement

Personal Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree;
• Over 3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical or Architecture industry
• Over 3 years’ experience with AutoCAD and MS Office
• Over 3 years’ experience in providing detailed project drawings - including plan & elevation drawings
• Experience on Revit or Bentley BIM (including Bentley Architecture, BBMS, or AECO SIM) is preferred
• Understand inter-discipline coordination requirements with various disciplines to collaborate on design in designated areas
• Hard working and a team player
• Ability to work well under stress and time pressure
• Workable English and Chinese skill
• Able to accept local package
