Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Create and update BIM models to a high level of accuracy based on Architect’s instructions;
2. Coordinate and assist in BIM implementation by managing all BIM deliverables;
3. Responsible for technical project drawing, maintain or amend BIM models to ensure the quality of created model;
4. Provide technical support for internal BIM users.
5. Prepare drawings / 3D view for coordination meetings;
6. BIM model management

Qualifications:

1. Diploma/Degree in Architectural Studies or related disciplines;
2. Min. 2 years of practical BIM project experience;
3. HKIBIM professional or associate member will be an advantage;
4. Familiar with Autodesk BIM Solutions (AutoCAD, Revit , Navisworks, Dyanmo), and common BIM applications such as clash mitigation, documentation, quantification, Excel etc.
5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
6. Ability to generate 2D drawing from Revit BIM model;
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
