What you’ll do?

• Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-regional teams to determine data and process automation needs for product strategy and operations optimization
• Collect and analyze data to identify business and operational improvement opportunities
• Build data reporting dashboards that enable effective strategic and operational decision making
• Design and develop automation tools to scale and accelerate business processes
• Project manage tool development and integration with existing processes

What you’ll need?

• 2+ years of experience, preferably in online travel, ecommerce, startup operations, technology or analytics consulting
• Proven capability in building and analyzing large data sets to derive actionable insights through data collection (including web scraping), transformation, and modelling
• Demonstrated programming ability in areas such as SQL, Python, R, Marco/VBA, Excel
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and exposure to machine learning algorithms is a plus
• Experience using data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Data Studio, and Business Objects) is a plus
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in an analytical or quantitative field such as computer science, engineering, maths/statistics, economics/finance, etc.
• Eager to work in small team and fast-paced environment
• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude and not afraid to work independently when required
• Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones
