Building Employ Service Engineer

Work Assignment:

• Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QAQC) for BES normal operation
• Conduct regular audit for works of site building regular maintenance, e.g. roof, floor, wall, landscaping & hardscaping, housekeeping etc.
• Conduct regular audit for preventive maintenance work for building equipment, e.g. doors & rolling shutter door, docks, water heaters, kitchen equipment, sanitary equipment, rain water & sanitary sewage system, irrigation system, etc.
• Summarize the audit results and drive the improvement for gaps found.
• Project management on BES related small project
• Validate the scope of works of the project
• Coordinating with vendor on processes required
• Conduct on-spot quality inspection and quality control during project execution
• Follow-up on project punch list closure and warranty.

Qualification of the personnel:

• > 5 years working experience in project management or quality management; Bachelor degree in civil engineering is a plus;
• or, >10 years working experience in facility management specialized in civil works;
• Familiar with Microsoft Office;
• Being flexible with work hours.
