Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)
1. Business Development

• Deal exploration

1） Explore and identify BD targets proactively under appropriate guidance from line manager
2） Independently conduct client visits and social interactions across both internal and external stakeholders
3) Construct critical thinking and translate into sound communication formats (email, ppt, word doc, etc.)

• M&A deal evaluation

1) Lead/Conduct due-diligence related client immersion interviews, materials collection, market researches/desk researches, etc. to collect sufficient information for the evaluation purposes
2) Master M&A strategic options and deal evaluation methodologies
3) Master financial modeling skillsets (Excel/VBA, Financial modeling such as P/E, DCF, etc.) and conduct analytics independently
4) Support BD line manager to construct rational assumptions based on available information
5） Support deal thesis development

2. Strategic Planning

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
1. Proven strategic thinking, financial consulting background is preferred
2. Mastery of advanced PPT skills
3. Good communicator and story teller
4. Fluent Mandarin and English is a must
