1. Learn and provide technical support on single use systems (customize consumables)’s products and related applications associated with this group via telephone, computer (e-mail and internet) and visiting to end users.

2. Collaborate, communicate and liaise with VWR Manufactories abroad resolve technical issues as needed.

3. Learn to manage time to accomplish assigned project work not completed during phone time.

4. Works together with the Commercial training team to organize training of new hires and seminars for customers.

5. Visit customers to help designing a customize system, and troubleshooting as needed.

6. Develop and drive business plans for SUS and present at business and marketing reviews as appropriate.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Master degree or above in biological fermentation or bioprocessing related area. fluent use of Auto-CAD software is preferred.

2. Minimum 2 years field experience and proven knowledge and understanding of core applications of downstream bioprocessing.

3. Ability to discuss fundamentals, principles and technical theory of experimental design, techniques and results in a clear and concise manner.

4. Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.

5. Customer service skills with a dedication to customer support.

6. Basic commercial sense and etiquette is necessary.
