Responsibilities:
? Develop effective sales and marketing strategies for key and new accounts & partners;
? In charge of building short- and long-term plans to achieve improvement on proposed sales plan;
? Source for new business partners/leads (B2B);
? Develop key biz plans with to identify new partners;
? Support product development project, and produce product go to market activities;
? Build strong partner relationships to develop strong collaboration and positioning of company;
? Assis in any other duties provided by the management.
Requirements:
? University degree in business or equivalent, MBA is preferred;
? At least 5 years sales or global BD experience and partner marketing experience, esp. in 3C or IT industry;
? Knowledgeable of market and industry trends and competitors;
? Good knowledge of service & sales processes and techniques for the distribution industry;
? Strong verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills for communicating, and building relationships, with extensive internal and external customers;
? A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
? Able to work in a cross-culture environment;
? Willing to accept low basic but potential high commission;
? Willing to travel, valid passport/travel documents, including for international travel, and available for minimum APAC and US travel.
