We are looking for a Mobile App Manager to drive the continued development and adoption of the mobile wealth management app. Your primarily responsibility is to deliver on the primary drivers such as active clients, qualified clients and sales conversion to meet the company's financial objectives. You are expected to be hands-on during the initial phase akin to a startup and are capable to project-manager the deliverable, including the documentation necessary for internal or external approval. This is a business role.
Key responsibilities:
? Lead the strategy and effort to identify and develop partnerships for the purpose of client acquisition and retention in order to grow the client base
? Research business opportunities and trends, and plan the partner strategy
? Identify and map business strengths and solutions to partner/end-customer needs in order to formulate and propose a win-win proposition; able to identify and reach key decision-makers to move discussions forward
? Negotiate with partners and internal/external stakeholders; review contracts with Legal and, where applicable, Procurement team
? Initiate marketing activities with partners to meet client acquisition and retention goals
? Manage and retain the relationship, as well as deepen the collaboration with existing partners
Your expertise:
? 5-8 years of hands-on experience in business development, requiring prospecting, acquiring and managing partners end-to-end
? Network of relevant contacts, especially in Shenzhen and Guangzhou
? Strong communication and negotiation skills
