Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies

• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Pursues sales leads and prospective clients, building client relationships, delivering presentations and proposals,
• Maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions
• Creates an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business administration majoring sales and marketing
• 3+ years of sales and marketing experience in China
• Client orientated mindset, ability to adjust quickly to customer needs
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Outstanding ability to sell, excellent negotiation-, closing- and follow-up skills
• Ability to prioritize opportunities, overcome obstacles, obtain results
• Keen interest in market trends and thorough knowledge of marketplace and competitors
• Self-motivated personality with ability to work independently and systematically
• Outstanding communication (verbal and written)
• Excellent English skills
• Sufficient computer skills
• This position may require extensive travel
