• Actively solicit new business through telesales and external sales visit and turn this into increased business.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the customer organisation.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Follow throught the entire sales process to successful closing business deal.
• Providing logistics solutions by understanding customer needs to meet customer requirements/ expectations.
• Recruitment, training, staff management and motivation of all team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Recognized Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Possess good track record in past sales and able to bring in new corporate accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal skills, verbal and written.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills to address issues expeditiously.
• Ability to deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in English and Mandarin.
