Position Accountabilities:

• Support BD on RFI/RFQ including data analysis, solution & proposal, routing & loading design, cost calculation & freight simulation etc.

• Assist in project network modeling analysis to seek potential routings and achieve cost savings

• General slides update including general introduction of departments, case show etc.

• Support OP for internal synergy and optimization

• Share CIP project knowledge to OP colleagues and involve optimization and cost saving project

• Cooperation with related teams such as OP/BD/AI or in conjunction with other solution design colleague for appropriate solution, proposals and costing

• Implementation involvement for widening knowledge

• A bachelor degree or above in logistics/SCM, operations management, engineering, business management or similar preferred

• Minimum 3 years hand-on experience for business development or solution design in logistics industry

• 3 years’ experience in multi-national logistics company

• Good understanding of laws and regulations, China transportation infrastructure and China transportation market

• Good team spirit, and good execution capability and negotiation skill

• Excellent skill in MS office, Word, Excel, PPT etc.

• Consultative selling skills, efficient & effective planning and organization, excellent analytical skills and effective problem solving skills
