Job Description

General Summary

Respond to customer inquiry, support BD for quotation/Offer, manage commercial contracts, assist Coordinator and Sales adjust audit scheduling, reporting and filing.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities (PDR)

? Answer customer calls and inquiries and deliver customer needs to BD team

? Assist BD Manager to make quotations/offers

? Login data in proper systems pertaining to audits, trainings and projects, as appropriate

? Harmonize audit scheduling by effective communication with customer, BD and Coordinator

? Monitor to issue billing invoice to customer

? Maintain contact with customers, potential customers and influential bodies, in person, by phone or written correspondence

? Be responsible for sales data analysis, reporting and document filing

? Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, skills and Abilities Required (KSAR)

? Knowledge of certification business (ISOs, CSRs) is preferred

? Excellent interpersonal skills.

? Good oral and written communication skills.

? Ability to communicate issues and solutions to external and internal clients.

? Proficient in the use of computer systems.

? College/University degree is required
