Define and implement sales strategy and actions plans for B2C/Wholesale channel in China to achieve an aggressive business growth
? Achieve monthly and annual sales budget for China
? Selection, negotiation, start up and management of new Business Partners/Distributors
? Selection, negotiation, start up and management of new Direct Customers/ Retailers
? Provide training to front line staffs on product knowledge and selling points
? Strategic planning and execution on new products launch and in-store promotion activities
? Continuously working on identifying new business opportunities in existing channels/key accounts through distribution expansion, range review and trade marketing approach
? Budget definition and responsibility, monitoring of business performances through periodic forecast and review
? Proactively monitor the current market trends and competition environment
Requirement
? Solid professional sales background ,more than 5 years experience in FMCG industry,(prefer cosmetics,fashion niche category) ;ideally both in: - Direct management of Distributors
- Account management of Retailers
? Strong understanding of branding as a key asset for business development and negotiations with business partners
? Strong quantitative and analytical skills
? New business development skills
? Multi-tasking, dynamic and proactive result oriented
? Proficient communication skills in English is a must
? Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
? Sound communication and presentation skills
