Job Description

We are looking for a B2B Key Accounts Manager able to represent our brand and play a key role in the expansion in China of our B2B Channel (Premium Corporate Gifting, Promotional Marketing and Merchandising, Loyalty Programs, Corporate PR and Communications projects, etc.).


Reporting to B2B Direct Channel Sales Manager, the Key Accounts Manager will be focused on

  • Generating demand and new business opportunities by developing new corporate accounts
  • Management of existing corporate accounts

The position is based in Shanghai and required to meet and visit very often Customers and Prospects.

Main tasks


  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual B2B sales budget
  • Working to identify, research and generate B2B sales opportunities focusing on Corporate Customers, with strong focus on business development through proactive activities (networking activities, direct meetings, presentations, sales campaigns, etc.)
  • Responsible for opening new corporate accounts to reach and exceed the assigned sales target always consistently with the brand equity
  • Building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels in order to increase revenue through up-selling and cross-selling activities;
  • Managing customer meetings generated by incoming and proactive activities; finalizing custom product proposals and order confirmations;
  • Responsible to achieve Corporate goals in terms of revenue and business profitability
  • Manage weekly and monthly reports about sales pipeline, opportunities and forecasting
  • Proper maintenance of client database information in CRM system

Requirements:


  • 3-5 years sales experience as Account ideally in B2B markets / with Corporate customers and agencies
  • Strongly proactive approach
  • Strong ability to work with complex structures and multinational companies, interface with different departments (Marketing, Purchases etc.) and manage relations with different seniority up to C-Level
  • Capability in Project Management in synergy with different internal department (R&D, Operations, Finance etc.)
  • Experience in Premium Corporate Gifting, Promotional Marketing and Merchandising, Loyalty Programs, Corporate PR and Communications business a plus
  • Capability to manage and sell a Brand
  • Capability to work in a fast changing environment and sales driven organization
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, used to work through forecasting and sales analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • English is a strong plus
