General Summary

Organize and take lead of automotive (IATF16949) auditor team to achieve department goal of automotive segment, and be able to make strategic development plan with top management.

Be strong at technical, able to provide training and coaching to the team and customer, be willing to design and develop tailor-made courses according to customer specific requirements.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (PDR)

• 1. Lead team to achieve department and auto segment Goal & Objective

• 2. Strong technical background, professional management and communication skills

• 3. The capability of designing, developing and delivering tailor-made trainings is preferred.

• 4. Actively support BD to maintain, activate customer relations and possess the sense of marketing and business orientation.

• 5. Proactively feedback the potential opportunities by means of effective communication with management of customer and systematic thinking of the gap of the process.

• 6. Willing to learn new knowledge, new technology and new methodology and be willing to share best practice within team.

• 7. When needed, to be able to support BD for technical materials and visit customer onsite.

Knowledge, skills and Abilities Required (KSAR)

• 1. 2-3 years‘ team management experience

• 2. Conducted 100+ IATF16949 audits as lead auditor

• 3. The ability to design and provide training is preferred.

• 4. Must be willing to travel within the region.

• 5 Fluent written and speaking in English
