Job Summary:
? Participant business process improvement discussion, analyze automation opportunities, initiate the automation improvement plan.
? Lead to design, develop, test and maintain desktop automation to contribute business process efficiency and effectiveness improvement within agreed time bound.
? Advisory professionals on Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and be responsible for project delivery.
? Follow standard software development procedure, prepare necessary technical documents, and maintain a solid project management process across entire automation project lifecycle.
? Spread automation ideas and method across organization via opportunity sharing session, focus group discussion, automaton theme event, etc.
? Organize and deliver basic VBA programming training, certify potential VBA candidates within the organization.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
? Master the .Net and VBA programming language, familiar with C#, SQL server language;
? Knowledge of complete life cycle of the product development from project scoping, requirements, design, development, testing and implementation.
? Ability to understand client expectations and requirements and converting them into technical solutions
? Business Process analysis
? Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills
? Fluency in English

Education:
? University education, Computer Science major preferred

Experience:
? 5+ years of experience in technology or Business Process Outsourcing as developer/architect.
? Experience in Business Process Management and Business Process Reengineering in the Financial & Accounting services is preferred
? Experience in robotics process automation using tools like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or UiPath is preferred
