Areas of responsibility ：

• Daily process issue solving

• Establish and improve Process parameter, and make the process parameter cards

• Analysis process potential risk with PFMEA and Make action to reduce the risk

• Establish and improve SOP (Standard Operation Procedure), WI (Work Instruction) and OPL (One Point Lesson) and training operator

• Assist R&D engineer to develop new product and new process

• Process improvement and adjustment via cooperation with cross function people

• Involving in automation cable project and provide valuable contribution in project launch

• Applies project technical requirements into work requirement, process and tasks

• Other tasks may be assigned

Required skills and qualifications ：

？ Education / Experience
o Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in cable manufacture or mechanical manufacture
o More than 7 years’ experience in automation cable industry work is mandatory
o High initiative, self-motivated and hardworking attitude.
o Open and good team work, demonstrate ability to work in a multi-cultural, matrix environment.
？ Specific knowledge
o Good oral and written English skill
o Proficient in CAD and Microsoft office
？ Technical Business understanding
o Familiar with the latest related standards
o Familiar with the cable application.
o Familiar with the manufacturing process for automation cables
o Can independently draft SOP, WI, OPL
