Major Responsibilities and Objectives:

• Undertakes real estate feasibility studies for new investment and development projects across China and prepares proposals on opportunities to senior management for approval/consideration;
• Provides valuation calculations and technical/legal support to ensure purchases and joint venture agreements are on acceptable terms and to ensure relevant obligation are honored by the Company;
• Responsible for managing working relationship and overall coordination between SPL and joint venture partners for ongoing development projects to ensure mutual understanding is achieved;
• Establishes and maintains relationship with relevant local authorities/other developers/consultant etc

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Valuation or Finance;
• Strong financial modeling skills will be an advantage;
• Good knowledge of the Chinese property market (across all asset classes), and latest government real estate legislation;
• Relevant work experience of minimum 5 years in investment or business development capacity in a property development company, real estate valuation firm or institutional real estate entity;;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite;
• Fluent English and good interpersonal skills and team working spirit；
