About Human Pharmaceutical Business

Job Responsibilities

• Independently provide the scientific designs and solutions to support the research and development of API in different stages with high quality

• Efficient project delivery including training, reporting and coordination within the project team

• Efficient communication among the cross functional department to ensure the project delivery

• Experience working on synthesis and process development of current processes new products.

• Perform experiments with limited supervision demonstrating innovative chemistry strategies and knowledge of modern synthetic chemistry.

• Knowledge of process development in the field of crystallization

• To keep track of new technology in the field of crystallization and safety evaluation and collaborate with external groups.

Qualifications

• Entry PhD in organic chemistry or engineer (or MSc with 3+ years or Bachelor's degree with 6+ years) pharmaceutical or relevant experience.

• Have expansive knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry.

• In-depth experience in solid-state analysis and instrumentation (DSC, TGA, XRD, crystallography, microscopy, DVS, particle characterization, Raman, IR, etc.)

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Experience in risk assessments and hazard studies for projects and process changes, to identify process hazards and risk level.
