Accountabilities:
1. Lead regional marketing team to bridge and implement the central marketing strategy and marketing plans, develop and implement effective regional marketing strategy and plan based on the central marketing strategy and regional market situation, close cooperation with central marketing, field force team and related functions.

2. Lead the field force team training program under the cooperation with central marketing, Training and Medical to help improve the field force team professionalism
与中央市场部、培训部及医学部合作,负责销售团队的相关培训工作, 协助提高销售团队的专业性
3. Develop and manage KOL and establish and manage academic platform by cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
发展和管理关键客户,与内外部利益相关者合作搭建学术平台

Qualifications & Experiences Required
Knowledge/ Academic Qualification:
1.University Degree and above
本科及以上学历:
2.Medication, marketing, commerce preferred
医学,药学,市场,商科专业优先
Competency & Skills:
1.Professional knowledge of medicine 专业医药知识
2. Advanced knowledge of Marketing skill and business acumen高级市场专业知识和业务洞察力
3. Project management skills and analytical thinking项目管理技能及较强的分析能力
4. Budget planning and controlling预算计划与控制
5. Leadership, communication and influencing skills团队领导技能、良好的沟通和影响他人的能力

Experience:
1.At least 1 years’ experience in central marketing, or 3 years’ experience of regional marketing management

2. at least 3 years’ experience at managerial level
