Job Description & Summary

A career in National Special Functions, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support service, sector, and market leaders deliver the unique PwC client experience to our clients. You’ll play an important part in continuously innovating and improving Firm operations so that we can continue to provide the highest quality of services to our current and prospective clients.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Startup Facing:

• i. Create meaningful and positive relationships with the startups in targeted vertical;
• ii. Connect right startups to corporate clients/institutions when there is a potential match or opportunity;
• iii. Manage startups communities and host timely sync calls in an effort to form a sense of community amongst the startup batches and alumnus
• iv. Manage startups database. 

Event Plan & Marketing:

• i. Prepare documents for major events such as: Selection Day, New Start up Orientation Day, flyers for meetups, Corporate Hackathon day/Tour and so forth;
• ii. Program support such as coordinate event venue, organize catering, inform startups of the mentor session or Demo session;
• iii. Coordinate startup program newsletter with the team to keep entire network up to date on events;
• iv. Work with our Marketing and Communication team to post relevant news and updates on WeChat and other social media.
  

Requirements:

• Fluent English writing and communication skills;
• Identifying critical decision makers/stakeholders;
• Developing relationships and working effectively with clients by pulling out relevant information and provide clear outline for them;
• Evaluating, analyzing and interpreting voice of the customer and market research Communicating and writing effectively (e.g. Writing proposals);
• Working in a strong teaming environment and collaborate effectively with teammates and clients;
• Thriving in a fast-paced matrixed organization, work efficiently and be agile in an ever-changing environment.
