What you will experience:

The job incumbent will be responsible for formulating marketing plans, rolling out new product, designing and implementing of various consumer marketing programs, campaigns and events for assigned brands at Maternal category.

He/she is required to monitor marketing budget and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of programs, logistics flow and implementation.

He/she also needs to handle various reporting and analysis to understand consumer needs, market dynamic and ensure program effectiveness. The job holder may also be required to take part in ad hoc assignments or projects.

Talent we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Nutrition/ Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years solid experience in Marketing, CRM or Digital in FMCG environment
• Strong presentation skills, effective communication and coordination skills
• Detail oriented, innovative and good analytical ability
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Product Executive
