About the Opportunity

  • Support Moat account managers in building client relationships by assisting with administrative efforts related to client accounts, ensuring a successful partnership and great experience with Moat and our products.
  • Manage tasks such as client access, report creation, discrepancy analysis, and more assigned from pooled support que.
  • Collaborate with Moat's engineering and integrations teams to create a positive client experience.
  • Become an expert on Moat's strengths and capabilities.

About You

  • BS or BA Degree from a competitive school.
  • 1-2 years full time professional experience. 
  • Clear and professional written and phone communication.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Positive outlook, enthusiasm, and strong internal drive.
  • Ad Tech background a plus
 
 

About the Team

  • The Platform Operations team will act as pooled support for Moat clients in order to encourage contract expansion and reduce churn. We hold ourselves to exceptionally high standards for the clients.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding via client support tasks provisioning of support throughout the sell.

As an Associate Account Manager you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Present and articulate Oracle product*s strengths, relative to competitors. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. 1-2 year experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Working knowledge of Windows. Will provide supervision of manager or mentor. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1 - 3 years prior business experience preferred.

Participate in the design, validation, and presentation of Oracle software solutions.

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. 1 year experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools. Working knowledge of Windows or NT. UNIX knowledge a plus. Will provide supervision of manager or mentor. Bachelor degree or equivalent with 1 - 3 years prior business experience preferred.
