Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and perform testing for Newborn screening.
• Finish require work to fulfill turnaround time requirement.
• Revision and documentation for SOP and Master Files.
• Perform daily maintenance and calibration for laboratory equipment including mass spectrometry.
• Perform method and QC validation as directed by supervisors.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements:

• Part I / II registration of Medical Laboratory Technologist issued by the HKMLT Board.
• Bachelor in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Sciences or other science related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years laboratory working experience.
• Knowledge or experience on newborn screening, mass spectrometry operations are advantages.
• Basic statistic knowledge.
• Good language skills, and familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word software.
• Able to work under pressure and can be a good team player. 

Place and Hours of Employment:

• Office at Shek Mun (Shatin District)
• Office hours 9am – 6pm (Monday to Friday, and alternative Saturdays). No shifts and no duties on Sundays / public holidays
