工作职责:

JOB SUMMARY

The Medical Information function works to become a renowned center of Medical Information excellence and be regarded by our customers as a trusted asset for medical information and strategic insights for improving patient care.

The Associate Medical Information Manager works in researching, creating and delivering accurate and balanced responses to medical queries across the Pfizer portfolio from doctors/pharmacists through our sales force and direct from consumers. In addition the Associate Medical Information Manager also works in creating and updating Local Standard Response Documents based on actual and anticipated customer demand for aligned products. Internally, the Associate Medical Information Manager individually works closely with Product Teams on business supports including new product launch and product growth via regular sharing Customer Insights and conducting various projects. As Associate Medical Information Manager also inputs to coaching of new and junior members of group and working on certain projects locally or globally. The Associate Medical Information Manager assists TA Lead ensuring individual and group to deliver high quality Medical Information service to customers and achieve Medical Information goals.

KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS

Associate Medical Information Manager individually works on:

1. Daily provide Customer Query Responding to drive optimal use of Pfizer Medicine and aid decision making in the care of patients.

Deliver accuate and balanced query response to internal and external customers via researching medical information from local and global databases.

Verbally respond product query from consumers as well as internal colleagues via MI hotline.

Document query resource and response to the MI system.

2. Write Local Standard Response Document (LSRD) to ensure providing standard, professional and high quality response to external customers.

Create and update local standard response documents based on actual and anticipated customer demand for aligned products.

Write product Q&As for MI hotline use and new product launch.

3. Provide Customer Insight to internal customer for product strategy planning.

Provide customer insight/business trend from daily interaction with customers on a regular basis via team quarterly report and product/ therapeutic area team meeting

Work with internal aligned Product teams on Medical Information needs – including proactively in identifying emerging medical/scientific data that could be of importance to product strategy.

Execute independently on expert searches to input to product team activities.

4. Contribute to Product Growth and New Product Launch via various projects and activities to better

support Business Unit increasing.

Work with Medical Advisor to prepare TA newsletter.

Work with Medical Advisor to be involved in Sales training Program, specifically Reginal Doctor Training Program.

Closely work with product team to draft Medical Information Plan for new product launch.

Closely work with product team to support therapeutic area related data and information, e.g. Epidemiology data and Competitors information.

Provide conference support to product team via Medical Information booth.

Provide Medical Information function introduction and product Q&A training in algined BU meeting based on customer needs.

Provide Medical Information personalization service to KOLs.

5. Input to Maintenance, Improvement and Promotion of the Service for the incresing working effective and efficient.

Performance or assist in maintaining, improving and promoting the Medical Information service through proactive recommendations for process improvements and leading of select projects where competency shown.

Contribute the global project to identify local requirement for continouse improvement based on team needs.

Associate Medical Information Manager works on group development and gorwth via following responsibilities:

Assist TA Lead to develop aligned MI TA group.

Assist TA Lead to coach, train and provide direct guidance to new and Junior group members.

Assist TA Lead to develop positive morale in TA group and environment to increase engagement.

Continued self-development and shared expertise with Group and Team members. To identify, suggest solutions, and assist in the implementation of group/team training and development.

Education

Minimum of University Degree or above, Master preferred.

Professional Medical/Pharmacy/Medical Information Qualification

Experience

Minimum 5 years working experience, 4 years multinational pharmaceutical industry experience and 3 years Medical Information working experience.

Good medical/pharmacy/Medical Information knowledge for the defined therapeutic area.

Relevant experiences on coaching junior person preferred.
