岗位职责Responsibilities:
1. Completion of Tactical Plans, Performance Reports, and Post-Campaign Analysis across all digital inventory for the campaigns within their scope, and report to head of media.
2. Responsible for expressing the rationale behind media investment decisions and evidencing the performance vs. expected outcomes.
3. Ultimately responsible for all deliverables from the media team, ensuring the high quality delivery of tactical response presentations, in-flight reporting, insightful post campaign analyses and clear and considered briefings to media/vendors.
4. Collaborates closely with account team on responses to brief and the ongoing campaigns of clients.
5. Drives internal thought leadership and team process/workflow enhancement, increasing work quality, making us more efficient.
6. Sets the quality standard for one or more planning deliverables per year, improving them over time via team/client feedback and incorporation of evolving external context.
7. Line manages multiple campaigns and supports a wider team with career development and staff satisfaction.
任职要求Qualifications:
1. Solid grasp of digital marketing, especially a deep knowledge of digital media.
2. Ability to translate business and marketing KPIs to appropriate media KPIs.
3. Excellent organizational skills, close attention to detail and ability to quality control work.
4. Ability to adhere to deadlines and project manage multiple campaigns.
5. Proven problem solving and decision making skills.
6. Effective communication skill across all function team.
7. Retail client severing experience is preferred.
8. Strong public speaking skills.
9. Fluency in English.
10. Open to challenges.
