Job Description
#### Position Description:


• Accountable for geo level services upsell revenue and margin targets
• Establish upsell strategy for the geo in collaboration with upsell
leadership team, geo Go to Market leadership, and geo Service Delivery
leadership team
• Define market specific requirements for execution and management of new
programs (service delivery requirements, order to cash, and performance
management)
• Responsible for negotiating favorable terms including pricing with B to B
customers and partnering with Legal and Procurement to ensure timely execution
of contract agreements
• Responsible for defining key terms including pricing for direct consumer
service offerings
• Establish and manage regular cadence of business review internally and
externally with relevant stakeholders
• Manage local operating expense budget
• Develop objective business cases to justify investments required to launch
new service offerings
• Serve as program manager for launch of new service offerings within the geo
• Responsible for driving “attach rate” of offerings within the geo

#### Position Requirements:


• 5-7 years of experience in mobile device or solution delivery industry
• 3-5 years of experience in a business development role
• BS/BA in Business Management preferred
• Technical knowledge of tech products/industry and reverse logistics process
• Forecasting methodology and demand supply/supply alignment
• Process design and documentation of requirements
• Data mining skills (OBIEE, SQL)
• Strong communication skill
• High professional presentation skills
• Project management
