What you will experience: 

Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for all demand and supply planning matters, require active coordination with overseas plants, 3PL and commercial teams to ensure effective supply of products from plants to market. 

You will also be one of the key players of our Monthly Business Planning process, closely work with our commercial and finance teams to maintain accurate and up to date demand plan, and accountable for the management of inter-market supply planning. In the scope of supply planning, you are required to maintain our strong collaboration with overseas plant, regular review on production and supply plan, and also min & max stock level which will highly impact on our stock coverage KPI.

Responsibility:

• Evaluate and review demand plan and sales variances with commercial team
• Validate and challenge demand plan based on analyses performed
• Weekly review with plants to ensure timely supply. Assist in expediting production or inventory receipts in tight supply or out of stock situations.
• Analyzes finished goods levels to ensure achievement of targeted inventory levels and minimizing inventory obsolescence.
• Represent supply chain team in new product launch project
• Responsible for master data maintenance in MRP and APO
• Lead monthly sales review and operation review meeting

Talent we are looking for:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain or equivalent
• 4-6 years solid Demand/Supply Planning experience in FMCG multinational environment
• Good business acumen and analytical mind
• Good communication skills with proactive problem solving capability
• Experience in SAP, with knowledge in APO is definitely an advantage
• Skilled with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
