Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans for assigned project, develop the calendar of hotel projects with a view to drive hotel operations efficiency and service standard
• Measure and report on project performance, monitor project progress and address potential issues
• Train employees to perform designated tasks and carry out quality control and audits
• Facilitate and improve communication methods within the organization
• Ensure all written forms of incoming guest communications for Hotel Operations including emails, letters and online channel (OTA, social media platform) are well organized. Ensure all case details recorded in the Guest Communications Database are up-to-date & accurate
• Develop effective working relationships at the appropriate level throughput HKDL organization to achieve the desired objectives of each project and activity

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management or related discipline with at least 3 years’ relevant experience
• Good understanding of operations related to hotel service, guiding principles and constraints
• Adapt quickly to change and makes timely, thoughtful decisions, act as a bridge of building good and long-term relationship between different departments
• High degree of communication, organization and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese typing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
