您将会支持上海迪士尼度假区人力资源系统,包括但不限于人力资源记录系统、人力资源工作流系统、包含招募/面试/入职的完整招聘解决方案(全球人员配备)、人力资源移动应用程序以及人力资源和非人力资源系统之间的数据交互。
工作内容:
- 协助上海迪士尼度假区人力资源流程与系统解决方案的集成,通过识别和实施现有系统的变更和升级,帮助分析系统需求,以支持度假区人力资源政策和计划。
- 作为支持上海迪士尼度假区人力资源系统方案的联络人, 与迪士尼乐园、体验与产品人力资源信息系统、人力资源业务流程负责人和部门人力资源现场维持合作。
- 负责在确定要发布的系统环境中,进行所有的测试工作,以预防、发现、记录和管理可能发生的系统问题。
- 与公司内的技术和职能团队合作,确保高效交付交互系统和流程解决方案。任务包括但不限于:记录业务需求并将人力资源政策转化为系统需求,执行测试、开发和协调,最终用户培训/业务流程,解决系统问题,识别系统和流程的变更机会。
- 在系统停机和不工作期间,及时提供系统支持、识别系统问题并提供必要的临时解决方案。
- 协助创建定制报告,以满足公司管理层和员工的要求。
- 协助推进人力资源信息系统的专门项目。

Job Summary:
The Associate HR Information System Manager plays a key role in the overall delivery of system solutions to support policies and processes of the Human Resources department. This involves identifying problem areas, brainstorming of solutions, supporting the design and implementation of the system solution, leading the testing, and supporting the solution and end-product after it is launched in the Shanghai Disney Resort Human Resources Systems.
The suite of Shanghai Disney Resort HR systems to be supported include, but are not limited to, an HR system of record, an HR workflow system, recruitment solutions for attracting, evaluating and on-boarding candidates (Global Staffing), HR mobile applications, and the integration of HR data across HR and non-HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the integration of Shanghai Disney Resort HR processes to the system solution, help analyze system requirements by identifying and implementing changes and upgrades to the existing systems to support HR policies and programs.
- Partner with Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) HR Information System, HR business process owners, and segment HR site sustainment organizations as contact point to support Shanghai Disney Resort HR system initiatives.
- Responsible for leading all testing efforts in order to prevent, detect, record and manage defects within the context of a defined system release.
- Partner with technical and functional teams across the company to ensure the effective delivery of integrated system and process solutions. Tasks include, but are not limited to: documenting business requirements and translating HR policy into system requirements, performing testing, developing and communicating end user training/business processes, and troubleshooting system issues identifying system and process enhancement opportunities.
- Provide timely system support, identify system defects and provide temporary workaround solutions as necessary, during system outages and down times.
- Assist in the creation of custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff.
- Contribute to ad hoc HR Information System related projects.
Desired Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor or above degree
- Over 3 years related HRIS experience
- Strong knowledge in testing
- Excellent knowledge of SAP HR Module
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Access
- Process mapping skills
- Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Successfully led a testing effort of significant scale from start to completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills; able to communicate to all organizational levels
- Goal oriented, proactive, high energy, can-do attitude, initiative, multi-tasking
- Attention to detail and closure skills
- Ability to develop strong working relationships across functional teams
